| SC extends deadline for CEC appointment to 24 November |
|
The Supreme Court of Pakistan extended the deadline given to the government for appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) to 24 November and warned that failure to do so would result in an automatic recalling of the acting election commissioner leaving the post practically vacant.
