| Supreme Court turns down Saulat Mirza appeal |
|
The Supreme Court rejected a petition filed by death row convict Saulat Mirza against the return of the second review plea. Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk presided over an in-chamber hearing of an appeal against a decision of the Supreme Court office to return the second review petition by target killer Saulat Mirza who is to be hanged at Machh Jail in Balochistan.
