Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said that the ongoing investigation into allegations of Axact running a fake diploma mill as reported by The New York Times was initiated on his orders and a seven-member Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team was formed to probe it in an “ open and transparent ” manner.
