| Army & Rangers to remain out of polling stations |
|
Army and Rangers personnel are to be deployed on the polling day but they will keep out of the polling stations, defying demands of main opposition parties. Punjab Election Commissioner Masood Malik told that " Quick Response Force of the Army and Rangers are to be deployed at sensitive areas on polling day to prevent clashes between party supporters ".
