Chakwal’s Sardar Ghulam Abbas may rejoin PTI |

CHAKWAL: Former district nazim and provincial minister Sardar Ghulam Abbas, who announced he was leaving PML-N on May 14, may rejoin the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).
Mr Abbas had stopped PTI in 2012 in the wake of creating contrasts with Imran Khan, scarcely a year in the wake of joining.

Mr Abbas had requested tickets for NA-64 and PP-23 and his request was acknowledged by the PTI authority.
As per reports, Mr Abbas will be PTI's competitor from NA-64 in Chakwal-I while his nephew Sardar Aftab Akbar will challenge for PP-23, Chakwal III.
"Sardar Abbas has no alternative however to join PTI while the gathering has no chance to get of winning in the Chakwal area without him," he said.
Sources in the PTI said that on the bearing of PTI pioneer Jahangir Khan Tareen, two of the gathering's pioneers - Nazar Mohammad Gondal and Ghulam Sarwar Khan - held a gathering with Mr Abbas on the night of May 14 at the last's living arrangement in Kot Chaudhrian Village where they proposed he join their gathering.
"One thing is clear, that I will challenge the decision from the stage of a political gathering. PTI pioneers have been in contact with me however an official choice is yet to be made," Mr Abbas told Dawn.
PTI's VP for its northern wing Raja Yasir Humayun Sarfaraz said the ticket for NA-64 was given to him yet he will readily surrender it for Sardar Abbas.
As per sources, PPP likewise endeavored to get Mr Abbas to join the gathering however he cannot.
As indicated by reports, Sindh Assembly Deputy Speaker Syeda Shehla Raza reached him as did PPP Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira.
