Mum charged with rape after 'grooming and bedding daughter's 13-year-old boyfriend'
Elaine Goodman had sex with the teenager after she groomed him over text messages, cops said.
According to officers, Goodman contacted the underage schoolboy and met up wit him to have sex in March
The 44-year-old was arrested on suspicion of rape.
Smyrna Police Department received a report accusing Goodman of the lewd act.
She appeared in court in Delaware, US, charged with three counts of third-degree rape and fourth-degree rape.
Accused Goodman also faces two counts of second-degree unlawful sexual contact and solicitation of a child.
The Dover woman appeared before the court via videophone.
She has been jailed on £147,000 ($225,000) bond.
