| PPP’s Mirza Nasir Baig joins PML-N |
|
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Mirza Nasir Baig announced to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). Addressing a press conference along with PML-N MNA Abdur Rehman Khan Kanju and MPA Malik Sajjad Khan Joyia, the former federal minister said he worked for the PPP for 37 years, but he and other diehard workers were left alone. Announcing to join the ruling PML-N, Mirza Nasir Baig said he would support Umair Khan Baloch, the PML-N candidate in the NA-154 by-poll against Jahangir Tareen of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
