| SHC issues notices to Axact CEO Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh |
|
The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notices to Axact CEO Shoaib Shaikh and owner of Labbaik Television Siddique Ismail for proceedings on 25 June. Applicant Mohsin Mujtaba in his petition argued that he had brought Labbaik Television in 2009 and in 2013 he had referred to SHC the issue of the sale of the TV channel to Axact.
